This Sunday’s interbeing service will be on the theme of Becoming Poetry.
Together we will explore the theme of how we perceive ourselves and life as a poetic experience – through meditation, movement, dialogue and song.
With every sway, a verse is born
In every step, a story dawns
Through the rhythm of our body,
We can know life as poetry.
The universe is our open canvas
Both of fullness and of blankness
Pigmented by graceful strokes
Of paint made of jokes and hopes.
Can we attune to life’s natural rhythm?
Can we open to become an instrument and anthem?
Read the ineffable between the lines
Find patterns and spirals behind the rhymes.
With each heart beat that pulses,
The purest poetry within asks and answers,
Wandering and wondering what is true
Are you moving it or it moving you?
